Websites that turn visitors into enquiries
Every ad, search result and social post sends people to your website. We build it to load fast, explain what you do in seconds and make calling, booking or asking for a quote the obvious next step.
Every ad, search result and social post sends people to your website, so it has to do the selling when you are not in the room. We design and build small business websites in Canada that load quickly on a phone, explain what you do within seconds and make calling, booking or asking for a quote the obvious next step. You own everything we build, and you can edit the everyday parts yourself.
How it works
- 1
Free first call
We spend 30 minutes on your business, your customers and what the current site is failing to do. You leave with a clear idea of whether a rebuild or a smaller fix makes sense.
- 2
Written plan and fixed quote
We send the page list, the platform we recommend, the timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 3
Design and content
We draft the layout and the wording with you, including photos and video if you want them shot on site. You review every page before it is built.
- 4
Build and testing
We build on WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, connect forms, call tracking and analytics, and test on real phones, tablets and browsers.
- 5
Launch and handover
The site goes live only after your approval. You get a short training session, a list of logins in your name and an option for ongoing care.

What does a small business website design agency in Canada actually do?
A good website agency plans the site around the enquiries you want, then designs, writes, builds and tests it so visitors can act. The design is the smaller part of the job; most of the value is in deciding what each page should say and what it should ask people to do.
For a typical service business that means a clear homepage, one page per main service, a contact or booking page, and the tracking that shows which pages bring real leads. We also set up the technical basics, such as security certificates, redirects from your old pages and a sitemap, so Google can read the new site properly. If you also need people to find it, our search and AI search work picks up where the build ends.
What is included in a business website build?
Every project has a written scope, so you know exactly what you are paying for before it starts. Most business websites include the following.
- Page planning and a clear structure for navigation
- Design that matches your brand, using your logo, colours and photos
- Written copy drafted by us and reviewed by you, with a person checking every page
- Mobile-first layouts tested on real phones
- Contact, quote or booking forms that send every enquiry to one inbox and reply instantly
- Click-to-call buttons and, where useful, call tracking through CallRail
- Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected from day one
- Basic on-page search setup: page titles, descriptions, headings and image names
- Accessibility checks such as contrast, readable text and keyboard navigation
- Training so your team can change text, photos and hours without a developer
Online stores add product setup, payment and delivery-rate connections, and tax settings on Shopify or WooCommerce.
How much does a business website cost in Canada?
Cost depends on the number of pages, how much custom design and writing you need, and whether you sell products online. We do not publish a price list because two sites that look alike can need very different amounts of work, so you get a fixed written quote after a free first call.
The main things that move the price are these.
- Number and type of pages, and whether content already exists
- Platform choice, such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or WooCommerce
- Photo and video shoots on site across the Lower Mainland
- Integrations with a CRM like HubSpot, booking tools, email lists or automation through Zapier and Make
- French-language pages if you serve Quebec
- Ongoing care after launch, which is optional and month-to-month with 30 days' notice
A project has fixed scope, so the price will not drift. If you want to change the scope midway, we quote the change in writing first.
How long does it take to build a website, and what should I expect after launch?
Most business websites take four to eight weeks from an approved plan. The biggest delay is usually waiting for photos, wording or approvals, so a quick response on your side keeps the schedule short.
A new site does not bring in leads on its own the day it goes live. A faster, clearer site tends to convert the visits you already get better straight away, but new traffic from search takes longer, usually three to six months, and ads can send visitors within weeks. We set up tracking so you can see what the site is doing, and your monthly report shows enquiries rather than page views. Which website platform is best for a Canadian small business?
The best platform is the one your team can keep updating after we hand it over. We work with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and WooCommerce and recommend one in the written plan, with the reason.
- WordPress: flexible, widely supported and a good fit for service businesses, clinics and professional firms that want full control.
- Webflow: a strong choice for design-led sites where you want clean layouts and a simple editor.
- Shopify: the usual pick for online stores with a growing product range.
- WooCommerce: suits shops that already run on WordPress or need custom checkout rules.
The domain, hosting and files are in your name from the first day, so you are never locked in to us.
What does Canadian law mean for my website?
If you collect information from visitors, privacy and email rules apply to you, and we build the site with that in mind. We cover the practical side, and you should confirm legal wording with your own adviser.
- CASL: commercial email and text messages need consent and a working unsubscribe, so sign-up forms are set up with clear consent wording.
- PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws: including BC and Alberta PIPA and Quebec's Law 25, which affect cookie notices, privacy policies and how enquiries are stored.
- Health information: marketing forms never collect it, so clinics use short enquiry forms and take the detail by phone or in their own system.
- French language: Quebec audiences usually need French pages, which we can plan and quote separately.
For regulated professions we write to your regulator's current advertising standards. You can see examples of our design work on the work page.
What changes for you
- A site that loads fast on phones
- Clear ways to call, book or enquire
- Tracking that shows where leads come from
A good fit if…
Your site is slow, hard to update, or gets visits but few enquiries.
Works well for
Questions about websites
Should I rebuild my website or just fix it?
If the structure is sound and the problem is speed or wording, a fix is cheaper. If the site is hard to edit, ranks poorly or confuses visitors, a rebuild usually pays off. We tell you which one in the first call.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I change my website?
Not if the move is planned. We map old pages to new ones with redirects and check Search Console after launch, so existing visibility carries over.
Can you take photos and video for the site?
Yes. We shoot on site across the Lower Mainland, and we can work with your own images for clients elsewhere in Canada.
Do you write the website text?
We draft it using AI tools to speed up research and a first pass, and a person reviews and edits every page. You approve the final wording before anything goes live.
What happens if I want to leave later?
You take everything with you. The domain, hosting, analytics and CRM are all in your name, and monthly care is month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with businesses outside the Lower Mainland?
Yes. We are based in Surrey, BC, and work with clients across Canada by video call. Only photo and video shoots need us on site.
How will I know the website is working?
You get one monthly report on enquiries, calls and bookings, plus a short call to go through it. The tracking is set up before launch.
