Social media that keeps you visible

Customers check your social pages before they call. We keep them active with posts, short videos and photos that show your team, your work and answers to common questions.

Customers check your Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn page before they call, and a page that has gone quiet makes a business look closed. We plan and make the posts, short videos and photos for you, show you everything first, and route the comments and messages to the right person on your team. This is social media marketing for Canadian businesses that want to look active without adding another job to anyone's week.

How it works

  1. 1

    Listen and plan

We learn your services, busy seasons, offers and the questions customers keep asking, then build a monthly content plan around them.

  2. 2

    Make the content

We write the posts, edit short video and design graphics in your brand. Photo and video shoots happen on site across the Lower Mainland.

  3. 3

    You approve

Everything comes to you before it posts. You can change, swap or cancel anything.

  4. 4

    Publish and respond

Posts go out on the agreed schedule, and comments and DMs are passed to whoever on your team should answer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

One monthly report on enquiries and sales, plus a short call to decide what to make more of next month.

What does a social media marketing agency in Canada actually do?

A good agency plans what to post, makes it, publishes it and tells you whether it brought in enquiries. For us that means the work is done for you but never without you.

In practice a month looks like a short planning conversation, a batch of posts and short videos for your approval, a schedule that runs across the platforms your customers use, and a report at the end. Where it makes sense we also connect social to your paid ads and your website, so a post that gets attention leads somewhere useful.

Hospitality, wellness and retail businesses are the usual fit, and you can see how we think about them on the hospitality and wellness pages. Our general view of working with an agency is in this guide to digital marketing agencies in Canada.

What is included in our monthly social media work?

Each month includes planning, content, publishing and reporting, with the exact numbers of posts and videos agreed in your written quote.

  • A monthly content plan built around your seasons, offers and events
  • Posts and graphics written in your voice and designed in your colours
  • Short video edited for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn where each one fits
  • On-site photo and video shoots across the Lower Mainland when we agree they are needed
  • A simple monthly email newsletter if you want one, sent through Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Comments and direct messages routed to the right person on your team
  • Accounts kept in your name, with you as the owner
  • One monthly report and a short call

Which social platforms should a Canadian small business use?

Use the one or two platforms where your customers already look, not all of them. A restaurant or salon usually does best on Instagram and Facebook, a professional firm on LinkedIn, and a shop on Instagram plus email.

We pick platforms by asking where your customers are and how much content you can realistically keep up. It is better to run two platforms well than five badly. If you serve customers in Quebec, we also plan French content so the page speaks to the people who live there.

We also look at who will handle replies. A page that invites messages but answers them days later does more harm than a quiet one, so we agree up front who watches comments and how quickly.

How much does social media management cost in Canada?

Price depends on how many platforms you use, how many posts and videos you want each month, and whether we shoot photos and video for you. You get a fixed written quote after a free 30-minute call, so the number is clear before you commit.

  • Planning and posting is the base, priced by volume and platforms
  • On-site shoots are quoted separately, since they take travel and editing time
  • Paid promotion is a separate budget that you pay directly to Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn
  • Monthly work is month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to stop

There are no long contracts, and you never pay us for ad spend, since that goes straight to the platform from your own ad account.

How long does it take for social media to bring in customers?

Expect to see a more active, more trusted page within the first month, and enquiries from social to build over several months. Social is rarely the fastest source of leads, so we are honest about what it does well.

It helps people who already know you decide to call, keeps past customers coming back, and gives your ads and Google results something credible to land on. If you need quicker enquiries, we may suggest starting alongside local search or ads. Your monthly report shows enquiries and sales, not just likes, and we do not make promises about reach or follower counts.

Will AI write our posts, and who checks them?

We use AI tools to research and draft faster, and a person on our team reviews and edits everything before you see it. Nothing is posted without your approval.

We do not put your customer information into AI tools without consent, and we do not post made-up stories or invented reviews. Photos of your real team, your work and your premises usually do more for trust than anything generated, which is why we like to visit and shoot on site when we can.

Before anything goes live you can read it, ask for changes or reject it. If we draft a post that sounds like it was written by a machine, we rewrite it, because customers can tell, and so can you.

What changes for you

  • Pages that look active and trustworthy
  • Content that answers what customers ask
  • Hours back every week

A good fit if…

Your accounts have gone quiet, or posting falls to whoever has a spare minute.

Questions about social media and content

Do we need to give you our passwords?

No. We ask to be added as a manager on your pages, so you stay the owner and can remove our access whenever you like.

Can you post in French as well as English?

Yes, where your customers need it. We plan French content for Quebec audiences and have it reviewed by a native speaker before it goes live.

What if we do not have good photos?

We can shoot on site across the Lower Mainland, or work from photos you take on your phone with a short guide from us.

Will you reply to comments and messages for us?

We route them to the right person on your team and can draft suggested replies. Answers about prices, bookings or anything personal stay with you.

Do you buy followers or run giveaways?

No. We only grow an audience with real content and, where it suits you, paid promotion through your own ad account.

What about CASL for email newsletters?

Commercial email and text in Canada needs consent and an unsubscribe link. We set up newsletters so both are built in.

Can we pause or stop?

Yes. Monthly work is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and every account stays in your name.

Can you work with our regulator's advertising rules?

Yes. For dental, medical, legal and real estate clients, we write to your regulator's current standards and you approve everything.
