Book a free call

Marketing for clinics that need a full calendar

Patients search nearby, compare reviews and book whoever answers first. We help new patients find you, book without a phone call and come back.

Patients choose a clinic in a few minutes. They search on their phone, look at the first few clinics on Google Maps, read the reviews and book with whoever makes it easy. We help dental, physio, chiropractic and medical clinics across Canada get found in those searches, answer every enquiry quickly and keep the appointment book full. Everything is written to your regulator's current advertising standards, and nothing goes live without your approval.

How it works

  1. 1

    Audit your clinic's online presence

In 1-2 weeks we review your Google Business Profile, website, reviews, booking flow and phone handling, and show you where patients are being lost.

  2. 2

Agree a plan and a fixed quote

After a free 30-minute call you get a written plan and a fixed quote. You choose whether to start with Maps, the website or booking.

  3. 3

    Fix the basics first

We correct your listing, hours, services and photos, and set up call tracking and booking so every enquiry is counted.

  4. 4

    Build and launch

A new website typically takes 4-8 weeks from an approved plan. Pages, forms and ads go live only after you approve them.

  5. 5

    Report and improve

One monthly report shows calls, booking requests and new patients, followed by a short call about what to change next.

What usually gets in the way

  • Patients pick from the first few clinics on Maps
  • Calls go unanswered while you're with a patient
  • No-shows and empty slots cost real money

How do dental clinics get more patients from Google Maps in Canada?

Most new patients come from a clinic that shows up near them when they search. To appear there, your Google Business Profile has to be complete, accurate and active, and your website has to back it up.

  • Correct name, address, phone number and hours, including holiday hours
  • Services listed one by one, such as emergency dental, Invisalign, physiotherapy or chiropractic adjustments
  • Real photos of your clinic, team and reception
  • A steady habit of asking happy patients for reviews and replying to every one
  • A page on your site for each service and each neighbourhood you serve

Our guide to dental marketing in Canada goes into more detail on how this works for dental practices.

Reviews matter more than most clinics expect. Patients read what others say about wait times, friendliness and how a visit felt, so a few recent, genuine reviews beat a long list of old ones.

What do patients search for before they book a clinic?

People search by problem and by place, usually from their phone and often in a hurry. Your pages should answer the exact question they typed.

  • Dentists: "emergency dentist near me", "dental implants cost", "family dentist accepting new patients"
  • Physiotherapists: "physio for lower back pain", "sports injury physiotherapy", "ICBC physiotherapy"
  • Chiropractors: "chiropractor near me open Saturday", "neck pain chiropractor"
  • Medical and specialty clinics: "walk-in clinic open now", "travel vaccine appointment", "psychiatrist accepting patients"

When a clinic has a clear page for each of these, it gives Google and the patient a reason to choose you.

What does clinic marketing include, in detail?

We build the pieces that turn a search into a booked appointment, and we leave out anything that does not help.

  • Google Business Profile setup and monthly care
  • A fast, mobile-friendly website with a booking button on every page
  • Service and location pages written in plain language
  • Google Ads for urgent searches such as emergency or same-day care
  • Text and email reminders that reduce missed appointments, sent with proper consent under CASL
  • Review requests after each visit
  • Call tracking, so you know which source each patient came from
  • Photo and video shoots at your clinic anywhere in the Lower Mainland

We have built clinic websites for Poliklinik Fair Park, a 24-hour clinic in Ipoh, Malaysia, and Neuropsychiatry Clinic in India.

How much does clinic marketing cost in Canada?

Cost depends on what you need, and you always know the price before work starts. We do not publish a package price because a single-chair dental office and a six-practitioner physio centre need different things.

  • Websites and one-off projects get a fixed written quote after the free 30-minute call, with a fixed scope
  • Monthly work, such as Maps care, search or ad management, is month-to-month with 30 days' notice
  • Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Google or Meta
  • Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and email lists are all in your name

You can start with a small piece, such as a profile cleanup, and add more once you see it working.

How long until a clinic sees new patients from marketing?

Some things help within weeks and others take months, and we tell you which is which. Fixing your Google Business Profile and running Google Ads can bring calls within weeks. Search rankings for your website usually take 3-6 months to build.

We do not promise a number of patients, because that depends on your location, your services, how many chairs or rooms you have free and how quickly your front desk answers. What we promise is a clear monthly report on calls, booking requests and new-patient enquiries, so you can see what is working.

Which services should a clinic start with?

Start where patients are already looking. For most clinics that is local search and Google Maps, followed by a website that makes booking easy, and then reminders and follow-up. If your calendar has gaps this month, Google Ads can fill them while the longer work builds.

If you are unsure, an audit shows what is costing you patients before you spend anything on fixes.

Common questions

Can you work with dental, physio, chiro and medical clinics?

Yes. We write for each profession separately, because patients search differently for a dentist than for a physiotherapist or a family doctor.

Do your forms collect health information?

No. Marketing forms ask for name, contact details and preferred time only. Health details are shared by phone or in your own clinic system.

Can you connect to our booking software?

Often yes. We link a booking button or form to the system you already use, and we tell you honestly if a tool cannot be connected.

Do you follow my college's advertising rules?

We write to your regulator's current standards, and you approve every page and ad before it goes live.

Will you handle patient reviews?

We set up a simple way to ask for reviews after visits and help you draft replies. You decide what gets posted.

Do we need a new website to get started?

Not always. If your site is sound, we can start with Maps, search or ads and improve the site later.

Can I cancel monthly work?

Yes. Monthly work is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and all your accounts are in your name.

Can you help a new clinic with no reviews yet?

Yes. We set up the profile correctly from day one and build a simple, honest routine for asking patients for reviews after visits.
