How this website works and how we handle your information.
Last updated: October 2026. Aaria Labs is based in Canada, and follows BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, website, industry, the services you're interested in and your message. When you use the preview form on our homepage, we collect your name, business name, what your business does, your city, email and phone number. The preview details are also saved in your own browser so the site can show your business name; you can change them at any time.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up a call
- To review your public website and listings before the call
- To send you emails about our services, if you agreed to receive them
Consent and unsubscribing
We only send marketing emails with your consent. Every email includes our contact details and a way to unsubscribe, and we act on requests within 10 business days.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers, such as email, form and CRM tools, some of which may store data outside Canada. We don't put your information into AI tools without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email sales@aarialabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
